Every project we take on presents its own unique challenges and guidelines. After we discuss your project goals, we can propose how to allocate the budget, time, and resources needed for us to produce optimum results. Every project consists of four phases:

1. BUDGET PROPOSAL
• All information relevant to your project is assembled and detailed to establish the budget schedule guidelines.

2. ANALYSIS & STRATEGIC DEVELOPMENT
• Research is conducted to identify existing image equities and marketplace. Design strategy, objectives and criteria are developed and agreed upon.

3. DESIGN EXPLORATORY
• A range of initial design approaches will be explored.
• A design survey is conducted. Designs that best meet established objectives are isolated and possibly extended further for reevaluation.

4. IMPLEMENTATION & PRODUCTION
• Approved designs are translated into art and digital mechanicals for final production and legal clearances.
• All artwork and computer files are distributed to the appropriate personnel.

OUR TERMS

Reservation of Rights. Upon ArchCreative LLC's receipt of full payment, the designs delivered to the Client become the property of the Client. Please refer to your assignment description for copyright terms.

Additional Usage. Additional usage rights may also need to be negotiated amongst photographers, illustrators, copywriters, and programmers. Please refer to your assignment description for copyright terms.

Expenses. Client agrees to reimburse ArchCreative LLC's for all client approved expenses of production. All services and supplies purchased on behalf of the Client will be marked-up 15% unless the estimated expense amount is paid in full up front. If the advance exceeds the expenses incurred credit balance shall be used to reduce the payable or, if the fee has been fully paid, the balance shall be reimbursed by the Client.

Payment. At the beginning of each project, the Client shall pay ArchCreative LLC up to 50% of the estimated fees as an advance against the total fee. Upon completion of the designs the Client shall pay ArchCreative LLC remaining fees. Client agrees to pay ArchCreative LLC at the time of the date of billing.

Revisions. ArchCreative LLC shall be given the first opportunity to make any revisions requested by the Client. If the revisions are not due to any fault on the part of ArchCreative LLC, an additional fee shall be charged unless otherwise noted within your assignment description.

Cancellation. In the event of cancellation by the Client, the following cancellation payment shall be paid by the Client: Work that is postponed at the request of the Client, ArchCreative LLC shall prorate for work completed through the date of that request. Upon cancellation, the invoice shall be payable within seven days of the Client's notification to stop work or the delivery of the Designs, whichever occurs sooner.

Releases. The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless ArchCreative LLC against any and all claims, costs, and expenses , including attorney's fees, due to materials included in the Designs at the request of the Client for which no copyright permission or privacy release was requested or uses which exceed the uses allowed pursuant to a permission or release.

Permission to Exhibit. If all copyrights are transferred to the client, the Client agrees to grant ArchCreative LLC permission to exhibit the designs in our portfolio of work examples. This is for the sole purpose of showing our design capabilities to prospective clients.
